What we collect
Account data (email, display name, password hash), viewing data (what you watch, progress, saved titles, follows), payment status from Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and basic technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To run the service (sign-in, playback, your list), to pay creators, to prevent abuse and fraud, to measure what is watched so creators can see their analytics, and to send account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts).
Who sees it
Creators see aggregate analytics for their own titles and the count of their supporters, not your email. Our processors: Stripe (payments), Mux (video delivery), our hosting and database providers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics cookies are added later we will ask first.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data. Delete your account from Account & membership; it removes your profile, list and progress. Email support@reelore.com for export or other requests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your account exists and delete it when you delete the account, except records we must keep for tax and fraud prevention. Passwords are hashed; connections use TLS.
